What’s the most dangerous thing threatening children today? Is it accidental poisoning? Is it riding in a car without a seat belt? Or getting schooled, but not educated? Or maybe puberty blockers and altering surgeries?
Children more than ever require the sheltering umbrella of parents. https://marchforkids.com/
Consider the deluge of influences such as the internet, school-based comprehensive sexuality education, and social emotional learning concepts. Also at school, science lessons devoid of empirical experimentation via the scientific method, and frustrating common core math. And how does it feel to be lied to about your own country’s history (it’s all white man’s fault) and with critical race theory?
Maybe that’s all not so bad, really…Compared to a boy showing up in a girl’s locker room, or a boy stealing a girl’s college scholarship by pretending to be a female 100m runner. (Don’t worry, the school never told his parents about his gender dysphoria.)
The common denominator in these dangers threatening children appears to be the ideologies emanating from public schools – which are controlled by teachers’ unions and the shockingly powerful federal Department of Education. It would be nice if parents could choose an education for their child rather than be stuck with public school.
When children are born, their parents are each given a metaphorical yellow umbrella. It represents the right and responsibility to direct their own children’s upbringing. These days, while using their yellow umbrellas to shield and protect their children from the hail of sideways ideologies, they’ll also need them to fight off those intent on wresting away full control of their children – body and soul.
We must come alongside parents with our yellow umbrellas to support them in the effort to cover and protect the youth of this nation. They are under attack! It’s possible to be a yellow umbrella beacon of hope and brightness for kids. Unfurl your yellow umbrella!
